Details

The assignment strengthened the technical capacity of Bureau Veritas staff responsible for delivering industrial energy-audit and decarbonisation assignments. Following an assessment of participants’ roles and learning needs, Espire designed and delivered a five-day, in-person programme in Shenzhen. The programme combined structured classroom instruction with an on-site energy audit, enabling participants to apply energy-performance assessment and decarbonisation concepts within an industrial operating environment.

  • Espire conducted a training-needs assessment to identify competency gaps among Bureau Veritas personnel engaged in energy auditing and decarbonisation services. Based on the findings, Espire developed the training structure, technical content and applied exercises for the five-day programme. Muhammad Salman Butt served as Master Trainer and delivered the classroom and practical components, including facilitation of an on-site energy audit covering systematic data collection, observation of energy-consuming processes and utilities, identification of performance gaps, and formulation of potential energy-efficiency and decarbonisation opportunities.
  • Following the programme, Espire prepared a consolidated post-training report and individual trainee-evaluation reports documenting participation, demonstrated learning outcomes and areas requiring further technical development. The assignment combined competency assessment, technical training and practical application to strengthen participants’ ability to undertake structured industrial energy audits and translate findings into technically credible decarbonisation recommendations.
